BT&Co. takes tremendous pride in giving back to the community.  We care about the community in which we live and work and we encourage all of our team members to become involved in community projects. As a firm, we have worked with The Friends of the Library for over 30 years on their annual library book sale to raise funds to support the Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library and we volunteer every year for some "cold" nights at Winter Wonderland to support TARC.

Internally we combine work and play in support of various community organizations.  From pet contests to Wii bowling tournaments we have raised funds to support TARC, the Helping Hands Humane Society, Let's Help, the Capper Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
